Description
As a delivery driver, your primary objective will be to provide an exceptional experience for our customers by efficiently delivering their prescriptions and purchased products directly to their homes. You will serve as the ambassador of our establishment, embodying our commitment to offering quality service and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include retrieving prescriptions and other ordered items from the store as requested by customers. Subsequently, you will deliver these prescriptions and goods to customers in a timely and professional manner, following the schedule and designated territory provided by your immediate supervisor. Your courteous and attentive approach will contribute to creating a positive customer experience during every delivery.
Your role as a Delivery Person also entails being receptive to customer feedback, suggestions, and promptly reporting any delivery errors to your immediate supervisor. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting payments, providing accurate change, issuing cash receipts, and ensuring that all collected amounts are duly handed over to the store.
As a valued member of our team, you may also be assigned additional tasks by the manager or pharmacists, contributing to the overall success of our pharmacy.
